From the beginning he had some great ideas. Site work, foundation, permits, all went without a hitch. John sourced out all of my doors, windows, metal roofing, heating & cooling, advanced insulation, everything with high energy efficiency at the top of the list. I was still on budget with better materials. John did all permits and inspections without any delays or problems, record keeping, invoices, payments – all professional. The kitchen, drywall, trim work, decking – all superior workmanship.
